Easter 2010

We had a wonderful Easter!!!! We spent time in Shreveport, DeRidder, and Eunice. We all enjoyed seeing all sorts of family. Abram really enjoyed his cousins: Paul, Natalie, John, Frank, Bailey, Gage, Kyla, and Grace! We are so blessed to be able to have the time to spend with our families! Abram never figured out what to do with the boiled eggs. Instead of pocking, he just want to chew on them. Maybe next year...

X-Box

Last Monday night, everybody decided to play X-Box. Of course, Abram wanted to get into the action as well. He mostly just wanted to chew on the controllers. When Casey finally gave him a controller (Casey thought that it was off), Abram promptly began chewing on it. Next thing you knew, Abram turned the entire game system off! AS you can see, he is already perfecting the "I didn't do it" face!

HATS!!!!

We spent Saturday in the park and forgot a hat!!!! This red-head always needs a hat Momma! So on Sunday, we tried on Abram's hats to see which ones fit...and that goodness for his large head...they all do!!!! He was too cute, so we posted some pics. Enjoy!!!!! and this is his hat hair:

Trip to Eunice

Casey had to go to Alexandria for work Friday afternoon, so I took the afternoon off and joined him with Abram. Since we were so close to Eunice, we decided to go there afterwards for the weekend. We enjoyed our visit. On Saturday Nana and I took Abram to the park. It was cold, but we still got to feed the ducks. After that, Abram went swinging for the first time!!! I think we are going to visit parks often during his childhood! We also had dinner with our favorite priest, Father Cedric. I think that Abram and Father Cedric had a good time playing afterwards!!!

Planting flowers

God blessed us with a wonderful day on Saturday. The sun was out, it warmed up, and the birds were chirping. Daddy went to go play golf for the first time since Abram was born. Mommy and Abram went for a walk with Gamma. Afterwards, Mommy and Abram planted mommy's pansies. Abram helped out...as you can see. He only crushed a few flowers!

Mommy decided to snap a few pictures of her little man playing with the flowers! He is getting so big and has such a wonderful little personality! I am looking forward to many more sunny days to play outside. And since that seems to be Abram's favorite place to be, I'm sure he will be glad to see spring coming as well!

Play Ball

Abram enjoys playing with daddy. The other night our friends Rachel and Jeremy were over. Jeremy, Abram, and Casey rolled the ball back and forth forever. Abram had a ball (Pun intended!)
